Our heart for our school and our students is our number one priority. Part of the school's mission is ‘To honor the Lord Jesus Christ by providing students with an education based upon academic excellence and Biblical Values.’ To continue this and keep up with all the needs it takes to run a private school we need a big event; a big fundraising event! To help consolidate the tasks and needs into a main event. We will still have a few areas our students will need smaller fundraisers. For the school an auction will help us keep up with the needs of the students as a whole.
While tuition is a way to keep a private school alive and operating. Big event auction nights are a great way of raising a lot of money in one event. It is a way to invite friends, family, and our community to show them why Vineyard is so special to us. It is a time to celebrate and fellowship with our Vineyard family.
Our school being so very new; 4 years old in fact! We are still just a very young school with BIG ideas to do great things! Look at what we have achieved in just 4 years! One move, the purchase of our property and main building, portables for classrooms added (with that many fees, labor, and unplanned extras costs), we have added a sports program, music and many other classes for JR High... and what a blessing it has been to come alongside a flourishing preschool Apple Tree! We have been very blessed to say the least.
With all this we have already done we still have our sights on adding to the legacy of our school and for our students. We envision and would love to see a grass area for sports, playground, sports shed for equipment, room in the budget with funds for operating upkeep. We would love to see permanent buildings with a gym and classrooms. Raising funds will help keep providing for the here and now of what we have started and the future of Vineyard Academy. These needs will come in phases.
We will be accepting all kinds of donations! Hot items include: professional and semi-pro sports tickets, getaways, concert tickets, gift cards, homemade items, business related specialties (hair, facials, photography, automotive, carpentry), teacher gifted time with students, unique experiences or dinners… etc. If you are in need of ideas please let us know we are happy to share! You can donate items directly on the auction site, or you can complete the printable donation form listed below.
